ساختار عطر The structure of the fragrance

عطر مخلوطی از مواد معطّر است که شخصیت منحصر بفرد و زیبایی را میسازد.

این ترکیـبِ
متعادل و دقیق، داراي ساختار ثابتی است که در آن، هر ماده اي، نقشش را در حصول به رایحـۀ کلّـی
ایفا مینماید. در کل میتوان گفت، عطر فقط مخلوطی از مواد خوشبو نیست.
بغیر از هویت ممتاز و قابل تشخیص، عطر میبایست داراي برخی پیشنیازهاي تکنیکـی نیـزباشد که عبارتند از
قدرت پخش شوندگی و ماندگاری
برآوردن معیارهاي فوق، بخش اساسی هنر عطّار است و به سالهاي متمادي کار اختصاصـی
نیاز دارد. پس از سالها کارِ تخصصی، سطحی از تجربه حاصـل مـی گـردد کـه بـراي فرمـول بنـدي
عطرهاي اصیل و خوشساخت مورد نیاز میباشد.

هیچ دو عطّار، به شیوة کاملاً یکسان عمل نمیکنند. همچنان کـه نقّاشـان و موسـیقی دانـان
سبک متفاوتی دارند. در عطّاري همانند هر هنر دیگر، سبکهاي
خاصی وجود دارد. تکنیـک هـایی 
که عطّاران استفاده مینمایند، در طول صد سال گذشته، تغییرات زیادي داشـته و در سـاختار عطرهـا
منعکس گردیده اند. سبکهاي متفاوت عطّـري، در سـاخت عطرهـایی از قبیـل شـالیمار، ‘‘لِ ایـر دو
تمپس’’ و ترِزِر به کار گرفته شده است. این عطرها، سه سبک متفاوت تکنیک عطّاري کـه در زمـان
ساختشان متعارف بوده را در خود خلاصه کرده اند. این تکنیکها متمایز و متفاوت از یکدیگر هستند.
همانگونه که نقّاشیهاي سنّتی فرانسه در قـرن ،17 مکتـب هـاي امپرسیونیسـم و مکتـب کوبیسـم ،
متفاوت از هم میباشند.

آثاري که بر طبق شکلهاي سنّتی ساخته شدهاند، براي مصرفکنندة غیرمتخصص، رایحهاي
جدید و اصیل به شمار میروند. در سالهاي اخیر، با ابداع سبکهاي جدیـد فرمـول بنـدي و تکنیـک،
همانند دیگر هنرها، از ساختارهاي سنّتی فاصله گرفته شده است
